About the role

Do you have a passion for people? Are you looking to take a step into the world of HR and recruitment?

With no two days the same, you will be working with the P&C team to support the delivery of the full life cycle of employee services across the organisation, coordinate recruitment processes, work across our HRIS system Elmo to maintain, update and distribute employee documentation, as well as provide a number of other administrative support tasks focusing on both employee relations and work health and safety.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role.
  • Previous experience with ELMO or similar HRIS systems an advantage. 
  • Experience or exposure in providing recruitment administration support.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases
