The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Community and Corporate Relations team (CCR).
In this role you will be required to provide data support, analysis and maintain the integration with other software and applications. The role is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of the database, ensuring it is of high quality and providing excellent relationship management of external suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role will also provide support across the Direct Marketing team to implement processes to increase donor engagement and revenue.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, an excellent communicator with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Duties
In this role you will be expected to:
- Provide data support across direct marketing, corporate partnership, philanthropy, and bequest programs.
- Provide regular in-depth analysis of campaigns.
- Develop and implement reporting system and applications that would benefit the CCR team.
- Manage the efficiency of database processes, including receipting and banking reports generated by the Donor Admin Officer.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with database software developers and application providers.
Skills and Experience
You will have:
- Minimum of 5-year experience in data management/analytics or similar.
- Proficient experience with not-for-profit CRM database is essential.
- Extensive experience in creating data files and analysing data in Excel and SQL.
- Experience in fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build models and analysis to aid interpretation and reporting.
