The opportunity
Exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of the Red Cross regular giving donor loyalty relationship experience to deepen engagement, optimise retention and grow lifetime value of this very important group of supporters.
You will use your creativity, strategic and analytical mindset to design and deliver highly personalised and relevant donor journeys to welcome, engage, retain, and grow support across digital, mail, SMS, and telephone channels.
Utilising new technology, including a customer data platform, and marketing automation, you will ensure regular givers receive timely, tailored, and inspiring communications at every touchpoint and feel appropriately thanked, supported, and acknowledged through their engagement with Red Cross.
Your drive to deliver continuous improvements will result in better retention, higher donor satisfaction, revenue, and lifetime value growth.
Your collaboration skills will mean you develop excellent working relationships with members of the broader fundraising team, plus other key stakeholders including data & insights, IT and digital, to ensure donor-centricity is at the heart of your thinking and delivery to achieve KPIs.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in developing regular giving or loyalty programs.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a clear understanding of techniques to retain donors and grow support of our humanitarian mission.
- Strong skills working with datasets and insights to analyse trends and apply appropriate levels of personalisation to enhance donor experience.
- Proven ability to manage competing projects including building and managing timelines, coordinating internal and external support teams, and managing expense budgets.
- Solid communication, exceptional collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence internally at a variety of levels.
- Curious mindset that analyses market and global trends with a courageous approach to innovation.
