About the role

About the Program:

 

The Clients, Partnerships and Business Growth (CPBG) unit focuses on local and international partnerships, community engagement, capacity building and training. This work informs our understanding of client needs and service delivery gaps, enabling us to bridge those gaps by expanding our existing services, developing new service types, models, partnerships and red ocean growth strategies and opportunities. The RTO Lead (Registered Training Organisation) will report to the Head of Home Case Workforce Support Program and will be responsible for identifying and partner with RTOs that can deliver high quality training. This role will also work with Home Care Providers (HCP) to provide comprehensive support to students while on work placement.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

     * Working with HCP to develop strategies to create supportive working environments, improve transition of new recruits into the workplace and increase retention

     * Identify and partner with RTOs that have high quality training which meets the needs of local home care providers’

     * Lead stakeholder engagement and promote the key RTO courses on scope

     * Work with HCP to provide comprehensive support to students while on work placement

     * Reporting on outcomes and ensuring appropriate data management

 

Essential Criteria:

     * Relevant Tertiary qualifications

     * Demonstrated experience in a management, leadership and mentoring role

     * Adept written and verbal communication skills

     * Analytical interpretation and advanced problem solving abilities

     * Client focus and the ability to act empathetically and with sensitivity and understanding

     * Proven administrative, organisational, budgetary, reporting and planning skills
