Melba Support Services are actively recruiting for a NDIS Rostering & Viability Coordinator to join our NDIS Submissions and Funding team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based from home and our office in Scoresby (Hybrid).
In this role, you will develop and maintain our Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters, in partnership with our Outcomes team to ensure they align with the needs of our supported persons and are commercially viable. You will act as the key contact for the SIL rosters and determine the ongoing accuracy of costs, funding and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardised SIL house rosters that meet people supported needs, funding allocation, EBA rules, and staff preferences
- Work in partnership with Outcomes and P&C to undertake organisational wide roster reviews
- Ensuring ongoing accuracy of costs, funding and delivery and understand the overall impact on roster design
- Act as the central point of ownership and information for Melba Rosters of Support
- Identify opportunities for the centralisation and streamlining of Roster Management across our organisation
- Train, develop and upskill relevant stakeholders to increase NDIS and SIL knowledge
- Provide and maintain regular reporting in relations to roster status
Our Ideal Candidate
- High level knowledge of NDIS/Disability services knowledge including all aspects of Supported Independent Living
- Experience in process design and evaluation and comfortable dealing with complexities
- Ability to analyse and interpret multiply data sets and provide reports
- Experience in education and training
- High level organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
- High level knowledge of SIL Rostering and assessment of commercial viability rostering solutions (desirable)
- You are experienced in developing commercially viable rosters and can problem-solve complex scenarios to develop and articulate effective rostering solutions. You have an approachable style and enjoy working collaboratively with various internal teams.

- NDIS Worker screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Evidence of COVID 19 vaccination status, including booster
