About the role
This role requires extensive experience managing, enhancing and working with customer relationship management systems (CRM) and marketing communication & fundraising software, as well as a sound understanding of financial management including budgeting and reporting. You will have a track record in driving operational efficiencies in support of best practice customer service. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to shift your focus to changing requirements and manage your time accordingly.
