About the role
- Salary from $105,462.08 plus super and a fortnightly RDO
As Service Lead Child & Family Support, you will lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic and cohesive customer service experience is offered to families accessing early years services, including but not limited to; Maternal and Child Health and Kindergarten.
Reporting to the Coordinator Family & Sector Partnerships, you will coordinate the operational support functions for early years services, including the registration, enrolments and bookings, financial functions, customer service, administration, business services support, system development and project coordination.
Your strong leadership skills together with your understanding and knowledge of change management, experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and passion for driving quality improvement and customer experience initiatives will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
What you’ll deliver
- A holistic and cohesive customer service approach to all families and residents that access early years services in Wyndham
- Strengthened of systems and processes to measure engagement with families and community to increase responsiveness and participation in early years services
- High-quality customer service outcomes in accordance with relevant Government policies and guidelines associated with Maternal Child Health & Early Education & Care Services.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated strong leadership, people and resource management and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to drive the required business outcomes
- Experience in the development, delivery and coordination of Maternal Child Health and/or Early Education and Care programs is desirable.
- Degree or Diploma in a business-related discipline with several years’ relevant experience or lesser formal qualification with extensive experience
- Current employee Working with Children Check and holding a valid Victorian Drivers licence.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
