About the organisation
LiverWELL, incorporating Hepatitis Victoria, champions the interests of people affected by or at risk of viral hepatitis and liver disease. We are working to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030 and to improve liver health for all Australians. We do this by providing information, support, referrals, and education, as well as advocating for people living with liver disease and providing training for those who work with them.
About the role
LiverWELL is currently seeking a Finance Manager in a permanent part-time role of 3 days per week.
You will be part of a small, passionate team and play a key role in providing financial, budget and accounting support. Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral member of the LiverWELL management team.
You will provide strategic financial advice and planning as well as manage accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and commentary, ensuring robust financial controls and the implementation of process improvements. You will also manage the accounting, budget and outsourced payroll processes.
As well as your financial management expertise and experience you will bring strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders including the suppliers, funders, our Board, and all levels of staff.
