The Marketing & Communications team 
The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for SVA’s brand and reputation. The team works across SVA to improve SVA’s brand awareness and client engagement; position SVA in public debates, manage organisational responses to critical issues impacting SVA’s brand and reputation and use the organisation’s voice to create change. The team engages with a broad audience to build awareness of SVA and support relationships with funders, partners, clients, investors, policy makers and other stakeholders.
  
The team is responsible for marketing SVA’s systems change agenda and sharing knowledge, employing the full mix of marketing and communications channels, including digital, events, media relations, social media, and marketing collateral.

The position
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join SVA’s Marketing & Communications team as our Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies that maximise SVA’s use of digital marketing channels to reach diverse audiences, growing brand awareness and engagement with our work.

In addition to designing and delivering content for social and web-based campaigns, the role also takes the lead in promoting more effective and efficient use of digital marketing tools and systems across the whole organisation.

Who you are
You will bring prior experience working in a marketing and communications role, with a particular focus on creating and coordinating social and web-based content as part of a broader digital marketing strategy.
  
You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools including CRM and CMS systems, email marketing/automation, events, fundraising platforms and analytics tools e.g., Salesforce, WordPress, Campaign Monitor, Raisely and Google Analytics.
  
With outstanding communication skills, you will be known for your ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Your ability to influence users with diverse needs towards shared goals will stand you in good stead.
  
Last but not least, you will be a model for best-in-class use of digital marketing systems and tools to support organisations in growing their reach and awareness.
