Banyule Community Health is seeking to employ a highly motivated and skilled Grade 2 Occupational Therapist. Interested applicants must have the ability to work collaboratively with a range of community providers and be sensitive to the needs of the aged, people with disabilities, their carers and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Applicants must be registered with AHPRA.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments
- Equipment prescription and follow up
- Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
What you will need:
- Occupational Therapy qualifications and full AHPRA registration
- Sound knowledge of occupational therapy practice and interventions
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Experience in working with people from all ages and CALD backgrounds
