We’re looking for a Quality Auditor-Aged Care with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a 6 month full time maximum term contract, working 38 hours per week based in Fitzroy.
THE ROLE
The Quality Auditor role is crucial in ensuring that all audits within the Aged Care sector are conducted effectively and are compliant with relevant standards. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in assessing the quality of care provided, with a specific focus on Aged Care standards.

Conduct regular internal audits to assess the quality of care delivered within the Aged Care division of the organisation.

Evaluate adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring that all aspects of care meet or exceed the required benchmarks.

Identify any deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to improve care standards.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated experience in Quality and Auditing.

Aged Care Knowledge: A solid understanding of ACQSC (Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission) standards.

NDIS Familiarity: Knowledge of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Service Provider Standards.

Quality Management: Experience managing quality, compliance programs and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in quality, auditing, aged care, or a related field. This would demonstrate your academic background and knowledge in the field of quality and aged care.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration with significant demonstrated experience in coordination and monitoring quality clinical care and documentation.
