Bellarine Community Health Ltd (BCH) is the major provider of primary care services on the Bellarine Peninsula. Operating from five sites, BCH provides a comprehensive range of health services including: allied health, community nursing, dental services, child health and development, Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Homes Support Program services.

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director, Adult and Aged Services is responsible for providing the strategic direction and leadership of the delivery of high-quality Adult and Aged Services that facilitate a positive outcome for clients and the community. The role will plan, organise, monitor and control Adult and Aged service operations, ensure compliance, and meet financial and contractual obligations. Previous senior management experience within the adult, aged and/or disability services sector will be required.
