About the role
The Manger of Practice and Development will lead a team of Specialist Practice Leaders from across the organisation to provide evidence based best practice advice and secondary consultation to client services.
This role will ensure continual improvement of service delivery and growth and will be required to lead change management actions to achieve best practice across operations. Alongside providing leadership, training, reflective practice, supervision and leading the delivery of continuous improvement programs alongside other Managers. The position reports to Executive Manager of Client Services and is full time or part time (4-5 days per week).
