Australian Communities Foundation (ACF) is a non-profit, intermediary foundation working with hundreds of everyday philanthropists to support structured giving, invest responsibly, address social issues, and create positive, community-led change.

As one of Australia’s largest communities of progressive givers with a unique national and local focus, the Foundation has distributed over 11,000 grants since 1997, totalling more than $160 million to community-based organisations. ACF achieves strong annual growth across all indicators, and in 2022/23, the Foundation disbursed more than 1,000 grants totalling $37 million towards its key focus areas and beyond.  The Foundation oversees a corpus of $150 million and advises philanthropic charitable structures totalling $220 million. 

ACF is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer to lead the Foundation into the future. As the driving force behind its strategic vision, you will work closely with the dedicated Board of Directors and senior leadership team to activate giving and drive positive social and environmental change for a fairer Australia.
