Your role:

The full time Executive Assistant to the CEO at Anglicare Victoria is a key member of this dynamic, supportive and passionate team working to better the lives of disadvantaged Victorians.

Your core role is to provide executive support the CEO and look after the day-to-day operations of the CEO office including diary and email management, meeting coordination and minute taking, and preparation of high-level correspondence and documentation. The skills you will use day to day:

  • To support CEOs and senior executives.
  • Be Pro-active, highly organised and flexible approach.
  • To coordinate meetings for Executive Group and Central Office Directors.
  • To prepare agenda, collate papers, and take minutes for Executive Group and Central Office Directors.
  • To serve as a representative of the CEO’s office, embodying the CEO’s strong connection to the organisation’s values and goals.
  • To foster an open-door policy, welcoming communication and feedback from all levels of the organisation.
  • To demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • To cultivate a collaborative working environment, using highly developed interpersonal skills and a down to earth collaborative working style.
  • To effectively manage competing priorities, anticipating needs and organising tasks to ensure optimal outcomes for the CEO and the executive team
