The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and being part of the ELT, in this newly created, influential role you will provide leadership and oversight with respect to:
- service processes and operations
- clinical practice
- supporting diversity and inclusion
- lifting the overall participant experience, and
- driving service innovation and growth
The Person:
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
- direct experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing and leading change across a client services portfolio, preferably in an NDIS-funded environment
- the ability to inspire, ensure accountability and set agreed performance objectives with teams and utilise strong analytical skills to monitor organisational performance
- strong financial skills and demonstrated experience in managing budgets across multiple service lines
The Offer:
A senior executive base salary plus superannuation, commensurate with experience, is offered. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging and flexible working arrangements are available.
