About the role
Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for face to face and phone enquiries at Community Wellbeing
- Provide reception and admin support for South East Community Links staff, clients and visitors, in a professional and effective manner in accordance with the agreed performance standards.
- Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
- Manage enquiries and client presentations in an orderly and empathetic manner.
- Enter data and notes succinctly into our Client Management System
- Ensure the office is well organised, tidy and user friendly for all staff, students, volunteers, and the community
- Other projects as directed by the senior practitioner
- Assist with pickup and delivery of orders from St Kilda Mum’s
