The Organisation:

InPlace Living is Victoria’s leading Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider.  
They design and develop innovative and modern houses across Metro and Regional Victoria for people with extreme functional impairment and high support needs.   

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to join the dynamic operations team at InPlace Living.  Enjoy what you do every day, be creative, further develop your skills and explore opportunities. 
This opportunity is relationships focused with the aim to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, focusing on people inquiring about Specialist Disability Accommodation. Experience in the disability sector, motivation to perform the role with professionalism and integrity is a key component of this position. 

  
Reporting to the General Manager – you will:

  • Create and maintain relationships which will increase InPlace Living’s relationship base.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and log in CRM. 
  • Track progress of participants and support their SDA journey. 
  • Respond to any challenges and find resolution – address relationship issues with speed and efficiency. 
  • Complete a full handover of information to the Tenancy Management team. 
  • Link inquiries to projects and providers based on compatibility data and location information.
  • Ensure relationship and stakeholder information is updated and maintained.
  • Report progress of current projects by devising and delivering updates. 
  • Work alongside the broader Relationships, Growth and Business Development team to analyse inquiry data and identify trends to increase business opportunities. 
  • Contribute to monthly reporting data and information. 
  • Attend regular meetings with people’s support teams ensuring accommodation features are appropriate. 
  • Participate in presentations for external stakeholders. 
  • Attend and represent InPlace Living at networking events. 
  • Participate in public speaking opportunities at events and conferences.   
  • Stay up to date with competitor trends and meet department KPI’s. 
  • Assist the marketing department on social media strategies and content creation relevant to interest, development and progress.
  • Champion a ‘best customer experience’ approach to gathering insight and developing solutions for continuous improvement. 
  • Assist in the development of systems, processes and initiatives that enable InPlace Living to nurture and fulfill positive experiences with all relationships and stakeholders. 
  • Travel regionally to connect with broader communities and maintain relationships. 

The Person:

  • Are a natural influencer; modeling a positive attitude, professional conduct and unwavering commitment to quality outcomes and service delivery for staff, individuals with disability and the community
  • Enjoy working with a high performing team and accept responsibility and accountability
  • Are self-motivated, well organised and resourceful
  • Possess a high level of integrity, passion and reliability
  • Possess relevant qualifications and or experience in NDIS, SDA or Community Services
  • Possess a current Victorian Driver’s License

The Offer:
