About the organisation
TNC is a dynamic community services that provides early intervention and prevention services to families and individuals specifically in the areas of family and parenting support, homelessness prevention/early intervention services and DV case coordination services.
About the role
Funded by Mission Australia, this role (based at the TNC office in West Ryde) will work with the
Homelessness Early Intervention team to provide services that support people who are at risk of
homelessness to remain safely in their existing accommodation or secure alternative safe and
sustainable accommodation.
