About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to continue or build a career in recruitment.

The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment experience, who is looking to use these skills to create social impact for any job seeker with working rights and support regional community growth.

This role will involve identifying and screening candidates and matching them to suitable roles. You will also be required to connect and communicate with employers regarding their recruitment needs and sharing candidate opportunities.

Excellent written communication is required for preparing candidate reports and CV tailored to each job description.

W+S is a candidate-focused recruitment solution and will require you to manage each candidates needs and balance this with exemplary employer customer service for the end-to-end client recruitment experience.

Along with these duties, a candidate retention process will also be required to be part of your responsibilities. Communicating with both the employer and candidate after placement.

Essential Criteria

     * Business Qualifications ideal but not essential

     * Customer service excellence

     * Relationship building capabilities

     * Communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders / customers

     * Ability to work autonomously and within a team

     * Excellent time management / organisational skills

     * Competence with Microsoft Office Products

     * Exposure to screening candidates is DESIRABLE

     * Experience with jobseekers of diverse backgrounds and experiences is DESIRABLE

     * Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System is DESIRABLE
