Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate and Government Relations Manager to join our team. This commission-only role offers the highest commissions available in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will work autonomously, liaising with potential sponsors for World Blind Golf and its pioneering junior and senior programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a unique and impactful charity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships from corporate and government entities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Represent World Blind Golf at events and meetings with potential sponsors.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations to attract sponsorships.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align sponsorship strategies with organisational goals.
• Ensure all sponsor agreements are met and maintained.
• Report to the World Blind Golf board on a regular basis about sponsorship leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in securing high-value sponsorships, ideally within the non-profit sector.
• Strong network of corporate and government contacts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Commitment to dedicating a minimum number of hours per week.
