We are part of the Good Things Foundation Group working internationally to address digital exclusion. We have been operating in Australia for seven years delivering digital inclusion programs such as Be Connected through our national Network of more than 3,500 community organisations.

About the role
Digital Inclusion – Non-Executive Director roles
Good Things Australia is seeking two dynamic Non-Executive Directors to join our Board in 2024. As a leading social change charity focused on digital inclusion, we envision a world where everyone benefits from digital technology. With seven years of impactful work in Australia and a network of over 3500 community organisations, we are dedicated to closing the digital divide, so no one is left behind.
We are a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing Board and invite applications from individuals with:
- Strong networks in the philanthropic sector
- Experience in social change organisations
- Corporate experience in marketing or corporate social responsibility
- Innovative technology and/or digital strategy experience.
Ideal candidates will bring commercial acumen, financial and risk management skills, and a passion for innovation. We value diversity and encourage applicants from varied backgrounds and experiences.
Board Directors serve voluntarily, with reasonable expenses covered. The role involves a commitment of around six hours per month, including participation in Board meetings and strategic activities. This is an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and help shape the digital future of Australia.
