Early Childhood Teacher – Mildura – Up to $38K relocation incentives

We are seeking an experienced full-time kindergarten teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood professionals. This role is leading the kinder room for 22 children in a long day care setting, supported by an educator and inclusion specialist and is a mixed group of 3 and 4 year olds.

You will be responsible for;

• Play-Based Learning: Implement a play-based approach to foster children’s development and love for learning.
• Educational Planning: Plan and deliver engaging education programs with a strong focus on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills to prepare children for formal schooling.
• Family Partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with families to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
• Collaborative Work Environment: Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting and working closely with educators, emphasising a one-team approach.

Duties Include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that reflect the emerging skills, interests, and developmental needs of children.
• Preparing, implementing, and evaluating a play-based, developmentally appropriate program for individual children and groups, recognising social and cultural diversity.
• Fostering children’s learning through modelling and creating a responsive play-based learning environment that highlights children’s interests, strengths, and abilities.
