The Senior Lead – Fundraising (Regular Giving) will work collaboratively with the broader Fundraising team and across the wider Deputy CEO team, including Digital, Marketing, Communications counterparts as well as the Strategy and Data teams to achieve shared goals across a range of products, campaigns and projects.
In this role, you will support the Regular Giving Program Manager with technical leadership of key programs including regular giving declines and journey implementation. You will be responsible for project managing the end-to-end development of multi-channel regular giving activity, such as onboarding journeys, declines, upgrades, reactivations and conversion.
You will work with the Program Manager to develop campaign strategies which will seek to: acquire new supporters, retain existing supporters and upgrade and cross sell existing supporters among other goals.
What you will bring
- Regular giving experience or equivalent commercial sector experience including working on effective acquisition, retention, and growth campaigns
- Substantial experience in Fundraising
- Proficient in using data analytic tools, such as PowerBI and Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Teams. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Proven skills in designing and delivering on evidence-based donor acquisition, reactivation, retention, loyalty, and growth strategies that meet financial and non-financial targets
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to undertake significant projects involving sound analytical skills
- An innovative, data led approach that is driven by donor research
