About the role
We’re looking for a full-time Contact Call Operator at our Sunshine Coast office. In this exciting position, you’ll engage with our supporters, build donor loyalty, and help us achieve our fundraising goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building meaningful relationships with donors and connecting with churches to explore partnership opportunities.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, using communication guides for clear conversations.
- Understand donor needs, provide helpful solutions, and keep track of all conversations in Salesforce.
- Contribute to fundraising goals during campaigns and work with the team to meet targets while ensuring donor information is accurate and up to date.
About You
We’re seeking candidates with experience in fundraising or a contact centre role, familiarity with data input into systems and email platforms, and strong relationship-building skills. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and confident in making calls to ask for donations while eager to make an impact. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
