About the role
This is a full-time opportunity based in our head office on the Sunshine Coast. The position reports to the Marketing Team Leader.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by engaging our supporter base to build donor loyalty.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage donors by going the extra mile.
- Actively engage with churches to create opportunities for impactful Church Partnerships.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify donors’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our Salesforce database in a comprehensible way.
- Contribute to achieving fundraising targets during appeals campaigns and fundraising events.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensure donor information systems and records are current.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar fundraising or contact centre role.
- Experience using Salesforce (or other customer relationship management databases), and other platforms.
- Mailchimp (or other email platform) experience is highly desirable.
- Can build rapport and relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
- Are self-motivated, and can work independently to meet KPI’s.
- Able to confidently speak over the phone and comfortable asking for donations.
