Mountains Community Resource Network (MCRN) is the peak organisation for the community services sector in the Blue Mountains.

About the role
MCRN Manager, 21 hours SCHADS Award Level 7
Our long-serving and highly-respected CEO is transitioning to a part-time role, with a view to retirement down the track. This role presents an opportunity for the right candidate to be part of MCRN’s succession plan. We are currently seeking a Manager to co-ordinate and oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation and its services: this role will involve facilitating interagency meetings (and acting as secretariat), oversighting operations, annual reporting requirements, etc. What we need from you: • A passion to make a difference for the community sector in the Blue Mountains • The ability to think strategically at a sector level • Proven advocacy skills • Experience in managing small teams • Relevant tertiary qualifications • A commitment to MCRN’s Vision and Mission • Strong communication skills – including report-writing, facilitation, and advocacy (at both the local level, and with State and Federal government agencies).
