Responsibilities

– Manage project planning, execution, and completion under the COO’s direction
– Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
– Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery
– Monitor progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions
– Report project status, performance metrics, and risks to senior management
– Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners
– Manage project budgets and optimize resources
– Drive process improvements and implement best practices
– Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for growth
