HR Coordinator

The Organisation:

Based in the Inner East/City fringe of Melbourne and close to public transport, our client is an industry-led, not for profit organisation dedicated to addressing workforce and skills development for the manufacturing sector. As the voice of this critical industry, they collaborate with employees, unions, and governments to ensure the future success of Australia’s manufacturing workforce. 

The Role:

As the HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Operations Manager: 

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on performance, employee relations and workplace policies.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks related to employment
• Support health and safety compliance, coordinate training and manage HR records and reporting 

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ Years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for quality improvement
