Larita Academy is an intensive training program in Victoria designed to fuel entrepreneurial drive, promote pathways to employment and help form positive connections for at risk young people in Victoria and we cannot wait to deliver our 2025 Academy with the support of a seasoned administration and project coordinator.
  
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. If you’re someone who loves keeping projects on track, enjoys coordinating across teams, and wants to be part of a mission to empower at-risk youth to create brighter futures, this role is for you.

About the role

We’re seeking a passionate Operations Coordinator to join Larita Academy, playing a crucial role in transforming young lives through operational excellence. Reporting to the CSR Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our youth development program, ensuring smooth delivery whilst maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for our participants.

What You’ll Do

Program Administration and Coordination
 

  • Lead the operational delivery of Larita Academy, EmPath, and Alumni program
  • Manage program calendars, stakeholder relationships, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain database systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate social media presence and marketing communications

Event & Operations

  • Coordinate training sessions, academies, and meetings
  • Manage logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and materials
  • Oversee volunteer engagement and merchandise distribution
  • Support scholarship program administration

Strategic Support

  • Assist Senior Leadership team with high-level administrative support
  • Generate program impact reports and analytics
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed
  • Contribute to maintaining safe and inclusive environments for at-risk youth

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in NFP, Social Enterprise, Community Services, or CSR organisations (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record in operational support within fast-growing environments
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including governance and data management
  • Background in working with at-risk youth (preferred but not essential)
  • Passion for purpose-driven work and creating inclusive environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
