Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team across multiple locations in Victoria’s north west
- Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in in-home care
- Ability to navigate complex environments and implement strategic solutions
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to quality care and improving the lives of those you serve.
