Our unique transport network means that people living in remote and rural areas can access services in their community. Vivid is a highly committed approved NDIS provider offering a wide range of services to individuals living with disability – this includes the provision of individualised 1:1 support, support coordination, shared accommodation and day programs along with supported employment and skills development opportunities. Committed to serving its communities of Echuca, Kyabram, Kerang and Swan Hill, Vivid has established its own transport network to ensure that those living in remote and rural areas can access the supports they need.
As CEO, you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced executive team at an exciting time for the organisation – an ICT overhaul is close to being fully implemented and there are plans in the works for a new state of the art site to be developed. Vivid is in a strong financial position and you will work collaboratively with the Board to review and consolidate the strategic plan in 2025. You will showcase your ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities whilst retaining service excellence. You will proactively engage with a wide range of people including the people who Vivid supports, their families as well as key external stakeholders and community groups. You will ensure high levels of wellbeing and productivity in an engaged and motivated workforce.
You are an experienced and collaborative senior leader, ideally with knowledge of or exposure to health and/or human services. You have a track record of commercial success in a complex and increasingly competitive yet highly regulated environment and you lead by example; you are highly visible and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up. Genuine and down to earth, you can relate with people from all walks of life and are motivated by your contribution to the community. You have well-developed business acumen with a sound understanding of contracts. You are a person of integrity who understands the importance of community connectedness.
