About the role

We are seeking a visionary Clinical Lead to manage a team of five Clinical Specialists and lead transformational projects, including the AI-driven Wound Care & Prevention initiative and Workforce Scholarship Programs designed to enhance skills and knowledge to support the delivery of specialized Dementia Care.

In this role, you will drive clinical performance, elevate service delivery, and lead continuous improvement across residential and community services consistently aligning with and exceeding accreditation standards.
  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major clinical projects, driving innovation and improving service delivery models.
  • Manage and mentor a team of five highly experienced Clinical Practice Specialists across areas such as Dementia, Mental Health, Palliative, Wound Care fostering growth and performance.
  • Oversee clinical governance and quality improvement programs.
  • Develop, implement, and deliver evidence-based programs that enhance outcomes and workforce capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to influence change and drive results.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of clinical experience in aged care, with a strong background in people management.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a clinical field and current AHPRA registration as RN.
  • Senior leadership experience in clinical governance, risk management, and healthcare clinical frameworks.
  • Expertise in data quality, policy review, and regulatory compliance and the ability to guide teams through transformation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (twice per month).
  • A passionate, innovative leader with excellent relationship-building skills with demonstrated experience in supporting a team through transition.

 

What’s in it for You:

  • Full-Time Permanent 9-5 Monday – Friday Position
  • Hybrid Flexible Working (2 x days WFH)
  • Offices across Sydney – 2000 and 2150 (flexible on location)
  • Salary up to $180,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (negotiable)
  • Planned Travel twice per month (which might include overnight from time to time)
