Dementia Care Clinical Lead – Aged Care Services (NSW & ACT)

We are seeking an innovative Dementia Care Clinical Lead to collaborate with key stakeholders, focusing on effective interaction and therapeutic interventions for participants across residential and community services. You will lead major evidence-based projects, including AI-driven Education and Workforce Scholarship Programs, to enhance skills and knowledge in specialised Dementia Care.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy for dementia care.
• Educating and coaching carers and clinicians to prevent and respond to behaviour changes. 
• Implement and deliver Models of Care to ensure best practices are adopted within the dementia framework. 
  
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to influence change and drive results across Dementia Behaviour Support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of aged care nursing experience, with a deep specialisation in dementia care.
• Postgraduate qualifications in dementia care, behaviour support, or a related field and an active Registered Nurse (RN) AHPRA registration.
• Experience with data quality, policy review, service development, planning and reporting. 
• Willingness to travel regularly (twice per month).
