Overview:
The MD Medicine Consultant at our Deoghar, Jharkhand location plays a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care, diagnosing a wide range of health conditions, and developing effective treatment plans for patients. As a vital part of our healthcare team, the MD Medicine Consultant collaborates closely with other medical professionals to foster a holistic approach to treatment and care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the consultant will also be involved in patient education, guiding individuals on managing their health concerns and promoting preventive healthcare measures. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Document patient care activities in electronic medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and audits.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
- Engage in continuing education activities to maintain licensure.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff.
- Address patients’ concerns and answer their questions effectively.
- Promote adherence to ethical and legal standards in healthcare.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Current medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
- Strong understanding of current medical protocols and healthcare trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring healthcare professionals is a plus.

Salary offer 450000 to 500000 INR Per month
