About the role

  • Join a leading social justice law and policy centre
  • Engage with stakeholders to support our funding strategy
  • Full time or part time, minimum 3 days per week

About the position

Reporting to the Relationships Manager and working closely with the Relationships Coordinator, you will support the development and maintenance of the JEC’s funding streams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • identifying new funding opportunities that align with the JEC’s priority projects;
  • developing grant applications, funding proposals, and reports; and
  • building relationships with funders and internal stakeholders.

About you

Ideally, you have a track record in not-for-profit fundraising operations with experience in:

  • delivering high-quality grant applications and funding proposals to deadlines;
  • planning, scheduling, and delivering governance requirements; and
  • maintaining databases with financial, relational, and technical information.
  • being adaptive and capable of pivoting to meet the needs of the team.
