About the role
Our Philanthropy Managers work strategically with generous supporters and talented colleagues to secure transformational donations for an exciting range of ANU priority projects.
We seek people who are proven self-starters, intellectually curious, work fast and write well, have a talent for building relationships and rapport, and are highly proactive and results focused. Our Philanthropy Managers must be smart, adaptable communicators, equally comfortable engaging donors from all walks of life, briefing senior leaders, and partnering with subject matter experts. You will need energy, persistence, and the sense of adventure to get things done in a complex, dynamic organisational environment.
We are driven by ambitious KPIs and a clear vision for growth, and we support our team to succeed, celebrate their wins, and help them plan for future career progression. We cherish our friendly, supportive, flexible and resilient team culture.
Your background may be in fundraising, business development, sales, strategic communications, arts management, or the non-profit sector. We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.
