The position
An opportunity has become available for an experienced leader to drive the strategic direction of Dietitians Australia’s member value portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director, Member Value is responsible for leading marketing, communications, membership services, and education initiatives to enhance engagement and strengthen the organisation’s value proposition. The role also involves overseeing digital transformation projects, member events, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Leadership experience in senior management roles
- Expertise in marketing, communications, and digital transformation
- Proven experience in membership engagement and service delivery
- Strong financial management skills, including revenue growth strategies
- High-level stakeholder management and partnership development experience
- Knowledge of the health, professional services, or membership-based sectors is Desirable
