Weaving Connection and Care: Join Us as an Aboriginal Education Officer
At our core, we are a community that embraces culture, celebrates diversity, and deeply values the stories of each of our students. We are honoured to offer a unique opportunity for an Aboriginal Education Officer who will join our journey to empower young Aboriginal voices, connect meaningfully with our students, and create a place where every student feels seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Your Role, Our Purpose
Imagine being part of a team where each day, you help nurture pride in Aboriginal heritage, build strong relationships within the community, and support students on their educational journeys. As an Aboriginal Education Officer, you will guide our students in discovering their unique strengths, celebrating their culture, and finding their place in our school community. We’re offering part time hours over 2 to 4 days a week.

This is more than a role; it’s a calling to contribute to an environment that fosters respect, inclusion, and connection. Here, you will:
- Build Bridges: Facilitate cultural programs and foster understanding, helping students and staff appreciate and celebrate Aboriginal culture.
- Empower Students: Support young minds as they navigate school life, helping them achieve their best while staying true to who they are.
- Connect Community: Collaborate with families, elders, and community members to create meaningful connections that enrich our school.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a deep connection to Aboriginal culture and community.
- Brings empathy, a listening ear, and a passion for making a difference.
- Is committed to uplifting students’ voices and fostering a sense of belonging.
Why Join Us?
Here, you’ll find a community dedicated to making a positive impact. We offer culturally appropriate flexibility, access to professional growth opportunities, and a team that believes in supporting each other.
If you feel called to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and community, we welcome you to join us on this journey.
Together, let’s create a future that honours and uplifts every student’s path.
