We are Victoria’s largest provider of Out of Home Care and Family Services, and one of Australia’s most innovative agencies in working with vulnerable children youth and families.
Make it work:
- The total remuneration package at full time would be $150,000 (call for details)
- Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
- Pro rata the above amount to 30.4 hours per week.
- Monday and Thursday are the days we come together at the office in Collingwood.

About the role
Your role
You will lead the development and delivery of our brand strategies that connect with diverse audiences, elevate our profile and work to support our clients and community. You will play a pivotal role in defining our presence and ensuring our messaging resonates with our targeted audience. You will lead the marketing and communications team and provide support to senior leaders across the agency as well as working closely with colleagues in the fundraising and media teams.

Market research and brand awareness
Website development
Make your mark:
Deliver strategic communications
Create and implement targeted communication plans to promote campaigns and other special projects.
Lead and inspire
Manage and mentor your team members, through coaching and collaboration ensuring the successful delivery of marketing and communications.
Grow and strengthen audience connections
Work with stakeholders in fundraising, media and advocacy to expand existing and new audiences and ensure key messages are shared effectively.
Build reputation and trust
Strengthen our brand and community relationships by leading storytelling and consistent messaging.
Analyse and optimise
Track, analyse and report on campaign performance by providing insights and recommendations for greater impact and engagement.
