Reporting to an innovative Director of Clinical Practice you will lead and support a multi-disciplinary team of professional colleagues. You will deliver high quality integrated client-centred services and ensure best practice outcomes for clients and families.
Your key responsibilities embrace line management of your team, coordinating intake and referral processes, overseeing the internship program and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, supervision and case conferences.
For this important position you must be registered with AASW, APS, PACFA or ACA (level 4) and have an industry recognised qualification in clinical supervision. Experience in leading teams is essential, and you’ll need high level program management skills, preferably in managing health support systems including technology platforms and databases.
