About the role
Digital Project Coordinator
- Location: Canberra – Hybrid/Remote working arrangements available
- Nature of role: Temporary, Full-Time (38 hours per week, 6 months) or Part-Time Equivalent (min 20 hours per week, up to 1 year)
- Classification: SCHADS Level 5 (remuneration dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering digital initiatives that support the national peak body for volunteering’s mission to support a thriving volunteering ecosystem in Australia.

About the role:
As a key member of Volunteering Australia’s Operations Team, you will coordinate two concurrent digital projects within defined timeframes, budgets, and scopes. This role involves effective stakeholder collaboration, ensuring smooth execution alongside technical specialists, and providing organisational administrative support during peak periods.
What you will bring:
- Proficiency in project coordination, including managing concurrent activities within specified scopes and timelines.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (including WordPress) and MS365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and user engagement.
- Ability to optimise user experience and maintain content accuracy on digital platforms.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes independently.
In addition to this, you will have:
- Experience leveraging AI tools effectively.
- High-level IT and computer skills to support digital initiatives.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
