The School has recently undertaken a review of philanthropy, identifying clear opportunities to grow fundraising outcomes with particular focus on scholarships and capital works.
The School is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Development to lead their fundraising team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the School’s leadership team and Community Engagement peers to translate strategic recommendations into a targeted fundraising plan that supports the School’s long-term vision.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and the wider community. You will have a strong track record of working closely with Boards or Foundations, playing a key role in shaping and executing effective philanthropic strategies. Your leadership experience will include developing and expanding a development team, underpinned by a collaborative and inspiring approach. Importantly, you will have a demonstrated ability to deliver results in major gift programs and capital campaigns, with a clear focus on long-term impact and engagement.

The salary for this role is c.$180,000 plus flexibility where needed to ensure that the School is able to attract leading professionals to this important role.
