While a legally separate organisation, the RCH Foundation works closely with the RCH in achieving its vision.

About the role

Join Our Team as a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator!

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s health? We are now recruiting for a full-time, permanent Corporate Partnerships Coordinator, who will play a vital role in implementing partnership activities, engaging existing partners and donors, and providing best-practice operational and event support.

The Role

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator works closely with the the Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive income growth for the Fundraising Department. The role requires coordination across a diverse partnerships’ portfolio of relationships, with various internal and external stakeholders requiring different levels of support and communication. The coordinator will provide regular updates, administrative support, and ensure seamless execution of activities to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the broader team. A core responsibility of this position is the coordination and delivery of the Bed Sponsorship Program. The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and initiative.

About You

  • You are purpose driven and committed to the mission and values of the RCH Foundation
  • You have 2+ years’ experience in a corporate relationship coordinator role or similar position, ideally with experience in the not-for-profit sector across sponsorship and donations
  • You have advanced computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using SalesForce or a similar CRM
  • You have a strong ability to maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders, preferably with experience managing a range of stakeholders, from Board members to members of the public
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication, project management and presentation skills, ideally combined with strong problem-solving skills
  • You are confident in your work, but know when and how to consult others to keep work moving, to achieve the best results and to avoid risk
  • You have a commitment to personal development
  • Ideally, you have an excellent track record in event coordination and have led or co-produced small to medium scale events

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, sponsorships and fundraising events
  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination and managing timelines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, working under own initiative to strict deadlines, managing projects simultaneously, along with excellent problem-solving skills
