    The Organisation:
    We are representing a community sector organisation that provides a broad range of services and support for adults with a disability, and their families, in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We’re seeking a Manager, Community Programs to oversee and grow a range of services that support participants to live independently, engage in community life, and achieve their goals.

    The Role:
    Leading a large team of support workers, through multiple direct reports, you have oversight of all community support programs provided by the organisation.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • P&L and budgetary responsibility
    • Transformative change leadership
    • Leading, managing, and mentoring team members
    • Strategic support combined with operational execution
    • Business development
    • Oversight of various social enterprises
    • NDIS navigation
    The Person:
    You are a dynamic leader with a strong grasp of the NDIS, proven financial acumen, and a passion for driving impactful services in the disability sector.

    Along with your background in community programs, in-home care, or residential disability, you’ll bring resilience, calmness, strategic insight, operational expertise, and a people-first mindset to lead teams through change in a complex environment.

    The Offer:
    The position is offered on a permanent basis at $120K plus superannuation. In addition, you will be able to access attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
