About the team
The Office of the CEO provides strategic, executive, and operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure NSWTG delivers on its priorities and maintains strong governance. OCEO also manages external engagement with government stakeholders and oversees organisational improvement initiatives.
About the role
The Change and Communication Analyst supports the implementation of change within NSW Trustee and Guardian, including through the development of communication strategies related to projects, programs and operational changes.
As the Change and Communication Analyst, you will:

Design, develop and deliver multifaceted change and communications activities, to support NSWTG’s priorities and to communicate critical messages relating to initiatives and service delivery.

Assist in implementing change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.

Consult and liaise with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated in change, communication, and engagement strategies and plans.

Undertake analysis and review of change and communications tactics and strategies to determine outcomes of specific initiatives to aid future planning and activity.

Evaluate, update and create information for the agency’s Intranet pages to keep stakeholders up to date with committed and inflight initiatives and provide comprehensive information in respect to operations and services.

Monitor and review trends and issues to identify target audiences and provide advice on strategies to underpin best practice strategies for change and communications development.

About you
The ideal person will have:

Experience in change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.

Capable of building relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.

Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.

Positive “can-do” attitude and enjoys delivering on large, complex objectives in a changing environment.
