Marketing Coordinator
At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated Strategy and Impact team.
Location: Fitzroy
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $90,962.92 – $97,875.15 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation.

About the role
The Strategy and Engagement portfolio is an enabling function that fosters collaboration and shared purpose across BSL functions by leading strategy, enabling innovation, fostering cross-organisational strategic projects, leading public engagement, and developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and increasing BSL’s financial sustainability.
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and activities across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Work with relevant Marketing Managers and stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are appropriate and aligned
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all communications and marketing
- Conduct regular data analysis and measure campaign performance against predefined metrics
- Draft and schedule social media posts using tools like Meta Business Suite

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

Experience in a similar marketing role

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Canva, CRM)

Understanding of marketing principles and campaign coordination

Experience in supporting marketing campaigns, and other ATL and BTL collateral
