About the organisation
RSAC Recreation Sports and Aquatics Club is a community-based, not-for-profit charity that has been enriching lives since 1987. Supporting more than 300 people with disability and their carers, RSAC delivers over 40 weekly programs along with a range of one-off events spanning sport, recreation, social, and artistic activities.
Operating across South, Southwest and Inner West Sydney, RSAC is NDIS-accredited but remains accessible to all participants, with or without NDIS registration. Our work is made possible by a dedicated mix of staff, contractors, and volunteers under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead RSAC into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategic direction, strengthen financial sustainability, and champion high-quality services that empower people with disability and their families.
