Relationship Matters also delivers a family violence program and provides Employee Assistance Programs, training and consultancy to workplaces.
About the role
We’re looking for motivated Client Services Officers to be the friendly first point of contact for our clients and visitors. A positive, compassionate and welcoming approach is crucial to ensuring clients feel safe and supported.
You’ll respond promptly to enquiries, provide clear information about our services and programs, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate and confidential records along with other general administrative tasks. If you’re organised, people-focused, and eager to keep building your skills, this role offers the chance to make a real impact every day.
We are offering:
- 1 x part time role (2 days) Working Tuesday and Thursday in the CBD (12-8pm shift)
- 2 x casual roles. Casuals must be able to work shifts covering 8.15am – 8pm, Monday – Friday. 1 x casual role to cover CBD & Wyndham site. 1 x casual to cover CBD and Frankston site.
