About Us

We are a specialist recruitment firm based in Sydney offering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to our candidates and clients across vertical markets in Social Housing, Social Care and Early Years Education.

History

We have been operating since 1999 in the UK and in Australia since 2005. During this time we have always specialised in the Not for Profit, Public sectors, so you can be confident that we know our stuff.  We have a number of experienced Consultants who have been working across our specialist areas for many years and understand your needs and requirements.

Expertise

We have Consultants dedicated to each level within your business from support staff, through to executive management positions.

We have an extensive in-house candidate database and operate a casual pool of relief staff which is available 24/7 via our on-call emergency number.

BRC Recruitment are an approved NSW Government supplier of temporary staff and have a number of long standing preferred supplier agreements in place with local Councils, large NfP’s and Social Housing Providers in NSW.

Before we accept an assignment we do require an in-depth consultation with the hiring manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business, the culture, and candidate specification. This is imperative, so that we can offer the right recruitment solution for your business.

Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we will start our recruitment process by agreeing timelines for the search process. You can be confident we will only identify and present candidates who can succeed in the specified role including completing selection criteria’s where required.

We offer both retained and contingent assignments and won’t always tie you into exclusive arrangements.
