thankQ Solutions Pty Ltd was established in 1992, with the goal of providing effective solutions with Information Technology. In the years that we have been operating we are pleased that we have active clients who started with us in 1992 using the same software solution which has grown with their business. thankQ’s flexibility and power is key to enabling this. We have clients with single user systems with a few thousand contacts, to multi-site systems with several million contacts. Our Enterprise Service Bus allows transactional users and heavy data users to be separated as tasks guaranteeing excellent data management response without affecting user interface update times.

After a 6 month, implementation project, the Cancer Council of Victoria (CCV) recently went live with their thankQ CRM solution for their fundraising, events, merchandise and case management. The thankQ CRM system represents a game changer for CCV as it represents the single source of truth about any of the business’ activities. Further it includes a number of new exciting initiatives, such as Automation, Affinity Tracking and the inclusion a centralised and standardised data import process so that all external websites and applications can communicate with thankQ as a single point of control for simplified de-duplication and validation; reinforcing the objective of achieving a single source of truth for all interactions with our supporters. The thankQ Automation features allow CCV to streamline payment processing, receipting, SMS and email communications as well as automated reporting.

“In 2010, we sourced and rolled out a new thankQ database system, which allowed us to improve our segmentation, data reporting and our ask strategy. At that time, our tax appeal made about $80,000 gross. As our strategy began to bear fruit last year the appeal raised $180,000 gross, and this year we’re sitting above $500,000. Apart from acquiring donors, we are cultivating them much more effectively and now have many thousands of active donors compared to barely 1,000 two years ago.”
